1. Promoter
This promotion is organised and administered by Glow For It Ltd, 1 Lyric Square, Hammersmith, London, England, W6 0NB (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over only.
Employees of Glow For It Ltd, its agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
Internet access and a valid purchase are required to enter.
3. Promotional Period
The promotion runs from 00:01 on 24th October 2025 to 23:59 on 1st December 2025 (“Promotional Period”).
Purchases made outside of this period will not be eligible for entry.
4. How to Enter
To enter, simply:

Each valid purchase counts as one (1) automatic entry into the random prize draw, unless expressly stated otherwise in promotional materials.
There is no alternative method of entry and no additional charge to enter other than the product purchase price.
5. Prize Details
A minimum of 5 winners will be randomly selected from all eligible purchases.
Each winner will receive:
One (1) limited-edition Gold Lash Serum, and
£1,000 cash prize, paid via bank transfer.
Minimum prize fund: £5,000 (£1,000 per winner).
Prizes will be randomly allocated by Glow For It Ltd following the end of the promotional period.
Randomisation and prize selection will be recorded and verified for fairness.
6. Winner Notification & Claim Process
Winners will be contacted using the email address or phone number provided at the time of purchase.
Winners must respond and complete verification within 30 days of being contacted.
If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, the prize will be forfeited.
Once verified, cash prizes will be issued by bank transfer within 28 days.
The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and proof of purchase to validate eligibility.
7. Publicity & Promotion
By accepting a prize, winners agree to participate in reasonable promotional activity, including photoshoots and/or interviews.
Winners grant Glow For It Ltd the right to use their name, likeness, photos, and interview content for marketing purposes across digital, social, and print media.
No additional compensation will be provided for taking part in publicity.
8. Data Protection
Personal data collected for this promotion will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Glow For It Privacy Policy.
Data will be used to administer the promotion and fulfil prizes.
By entering, participants agree to be added to the Glow For It email and SMS marketing lists.
Entrants may unsubscribe at any time using the links provided in communications.
Data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to operate this promotion.
9. General Conditions
No refunds will be issued for delivery costs, packaging, or product purchases.
Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries, refuse fraudulent claims, or substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value in exceptional circumstances.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for technical issues, delays, or errors affecting participation or communication.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
