Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped via tracked delivery. You’ll receive an order confirmation when your purchase is placed and a shipping confirmation with your tracking number once it’s dispatched.
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm GMT, within 24 hours. Orders placed after 3pm are packaged the next working day. We do not ship on weekends or UK Bank Holidays, and Royal Mail does not operate on Sundays.
Delivery timeframes begin after processing. During busy periods (e.g., Black Friday), courier delays may occur.
